Nicole Pelan is often described as the most personable person you will meet. She has worked in a client service driven industry throughout her whole career and has always given back to the community that she calls home.

Nicole graduated from Victoria's St. Margaret's School in 1988, and moved to Toulouse, France to attend a school for international students, while working as an au pair. Upon her return to Canada, she completed her insurance courses and worked in the general insurance field for 13 years. But, knowing that her real passion was in Real Estate, she pursued and successfully completed her Sales Associate qualifications with the Sauder School of Business at UBC. She took the opportunity to work in the same business as her Mother, Deedrie Ballard, one of RE/MAX's top agents in Victoria.

Nicole has always been active in the community, giving her time to sit on boards, organize charity events and participate in local activities. Specifically, she was on the Board of the Young Associates of the Art Gallery of Greater Victoria, helped organize events for The Victoria Symphony and has chaired 3 years of United Way Campaigns.

After a successful career in insurance and extensive travel around the world, Victoria is now her home and she is pleased to work out of the RE/MAX Camosun office. She looks forward to getting to know you and providing you with professional and personal service in buying or selling your home.
